Frank’s focus groups during and after presidential debates have become a staple of the US election process; he is also the author of several books, focused on communication strategies and public opinion.

In conversation with Sarah Elliott – chair of Republicans Overseas UK – Frank will touch on a range of topics, including tax, trade, immigration, the rise of populism, and the future of American politics in the running-up to the 2020 presidential election.
