THINK 2016: Prof. Bryan Caplan on “The Economics of Immigration”

Watch Prof. Bryan Caplan discuss “The Economics of Immigration” at the 2016 THINK conference!

How does economic thinking lead us to view human migration? Why is this so different from much contemporary popular discourse? What is the way we should think about the current wave of migration around the world and how does it compare to previous episodes? What are the arguments to use to address the concerns people have and what are the bad arguments out there that should be knocked down?

Bryan Caplan is a Professor of Economics at George Mason University and blogger for EconLog. He is the author of The Myth of the Rational Voter named “the best political book of the year” by the New York Times, and Selfish Reasons to Have More Kids.
