Tristan Ringmo is the External Relations Officer at the Institute of Economic Affairs.
Tristan first joined the IEA as a General Intern in the Summer of 2024, where his contributions to External Relations were recognised with the “Intern of the Year” award. Following the success of his internship, he returned to the Institute in December 2025.
He is a graduate of the London School of Economics, where he served as President of the Hayek Society.
Before his current role, Tristan worked in Capital Introductions within the financial services sector, bringing valuable experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship building to his work at the IEA.
