Chris Snowdon comments in The Guardian

Chris Snowdon, Head of Lifestyle Economics at the Institute of Economic Affairs has been quoted in The Guardian on whether or not the drinks industry have been downplaying the link between alcohol and cancer.

In the article Chris argues that the authors of this report have cherry-picked quotes that do not fairly reflect scientific evidence. It is a diatribe disguised as a study that seeks to create a false narrative in which businesses always lie and anti-alcohol campaigners always tell the truth.
