Kate Andrews comments in the Evening Standard

Kate Andrews, News Editor at the Institute of Economic Affairs has been quoted in the Evening Standard on the gender pay gap and companies now being forced to publish their pay gaps.

In the article Kate comments that the biggest problem with the way the Government is making businesses report their figures is that the calculations they’ve been asked to produce are creating bogus statistics. What most people want to know, when they’re informing their opinions, is whether or not men and women are being paid equally.
