Kristian Niemietz comments in the Financial Times
In the article Kristian argues that cash is not a panacea. More money can’t do harm, but this happens every winter and also used to happen in years in which spending was increased by something like 8 per cent a year; and this is a bit of a red herring because normally health systems that spend more money can offer more things that are not necessary for survival, but that improve quality of life.
