Chris Snowdon writes for The Telegraph

Chris Snowdon, Head of Lifestyle Economics at the Institute of Economic Affairs has written for The Telegraph following the release of the 2017 Nanny State Index.

In his article Chris references the index’s findings that the UK is the second most draconian nation in the EU. He goes on to suggest 5 steps we should take to reverse this trend: cut taxes, amend the smoking ban, repeal article 20 of the EU’s Tobacco Products Directive, scrap the sugar levy and abandon the food reformulation scheme.
