Kate Andrews, News Editor at the Institute of Economic Affairs has written for The Telegraph listing four policies that would actually help the low-paid.

In her article Kate argues that deregulating the childcare industry, taking the low paid out of National Insurance, scrapping regressive taxation policies, and liberalising the planning system would all go a long way in helping the low-paid and those just managing.
