Ryan Bourne writes for ConHome

Ryan Bourne, Head of Public Policy at the IEA, has featured in Conservative Home’s panel discussion concerning the contents of the 2014 Budget. Ryan outlines his hopes for the Budget, stating that the income tax threshold should be increased in line with inflation. In addition to this, Ryan calls for the Chancellor to introduce a law such that thresholds for inheritance tax and stamp duty increase by which ever is highest out of the Retail Price Index or wage inflation.
