In Conversation with John Penrose MP

The Institute of Economic Affairs is delighted to host John Penrose MP for the latest in our In Conversation series with senior figures in public life. This meeting was chaired by IEA Director General, Mark Littlewood, and took place on December 1st 2021.

John Penrose is the Conservative MP for Weston-Super-Mare and has represented the constituency since 2005. John is currently the Prime Minister’s Anti-Corruption Champion, Chair of Conservative Policy Forum, the Conservative Party’s internal Think Tank, a member of the Advisory Board for the John Mills Institute for Prosperity and has been officially asked to recommend changes to the UK’s post-Brexit Competition and Consumer Regime.
