Neily is the author of Terms of Engagement: How Our Courts Should Enforce the Constitution’s Promise of Limited Government. Connor is the Founder and President of the Libertas Institute. He is the author of 20 books, and is best known for The Tuttle Twins books, a children’s series introducing young readers to economic, political, and civic principles.
