Rachel is an EPICENTER intern, and in her third year at the Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University in the USA. She is studying Science, Technology, and International Affairs, concentrating in cyber security, and also is minoring in Spanish.

She is interested in international trade relations, and the security implications of economic and trade relations.
